Return Policy

*Due to high volume, our Returns Team is experiencing slight delays. During this time, we do ask that you expect all eligible returns/exchanges to be processed within (15) business days from the date received at our facility.

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 24 hour responce team for all returns.

In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:

- The item is returned in its original condition and unworn with all the tags still attached and hygiene liner in place.
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including but not limited to: make up, deodorant, etc)
- The item is returned to us within 30 days from the original order date. If your items are returned later than 30 days, your return will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

PLEASE NOTE: * If your item(s) do not meet the provided requirements, they will be returned back to you.

(For U.S customers only) We accept items which have not been worn to be processed with an exchange. Customers may request an exchange if the garment still has all tags and liners in tact and, the order has not exceeded 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, by default, your request will be processed.


-All exchanges may take up to (5) business days to be processed, once received.

-All exchanges must be even-exchanges only.

-Only one exchange is allowed per order. If you are in need of a different size/style, your inquiry will be handled as a return.

-All exchange packages must be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the request - the item(s) will be released after the hold period.


Please note that we do not process refunds to credit cards for any reason.

All returns must meet the following requirements:

-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
-Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
-Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached. Please do not remove tags or liners when trying on items.
-The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary purposes. Do not remove protective slip.
-The package must be postmarked within (30) days of original order date.

Please note:

-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns.
-Online merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores. Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned online.
-In person returns to our online fulfillment center will not be accepted.
-Returns are processed within (5) business days.
-You will be notified via email once your return has processed.

-If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

*If your item(s) do not meet the provided requirements, they will be returned back to you. You will receive an email indicating the new tracking # and denial of return.

Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns: reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

PLEASE NOTE: Any type of criminal activity is instantly rejected by our returns team.

General Shipping:

All IN STOCK items are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order submission. Orders placed after 12pm Mountain Time will ship out the following business day. Orders are shipped every day except for Saturday, Sunday and major National holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after you complete your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact support immediately. Once your order has shipped, we are not able to make any changes to your order or shipping address. Any shipment issues and order related problems must be reported to us within 14 days of the shipping date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which show proof of delivery from the shipping company.

International Shipping:

Delivery time outside the United States is just an estimated average, and is NOT guaranteed. Your package may be held by your country’s customs agency until cleared. We do not have control over your local shipping carriers or customs agencies. However, you can be assured that all international packages are being shipped out with all needed documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

Duties and Taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient and will be billed by the local customs office or shipping carrier.

Due to safety concerns during COVID-19, this returns and exchanges policy does not apply to personal protective equipment (PPE) including face masks, mask filters, and disinfecting wipes - we cannot accept returns for these products.

Privacy & Security:

Your privacy is very important to us. does not sell, exchange, or distribute your e-mail address or personal data to anyone. In order to ship products and contact our valued customers, it is necessary to gather some information about you. We feel it is your right to know how the information collected will be used.

Your e-mail will be used as a primary form of communication. We will send all order related information to the e-mail address you provide. Your phone number maybe used for order verification, shipping address corrections and other order related questions. We may also use your phone number to send text messages (SMS), related to order status updates and delivery tracking information. may periodically send information about specials, giveaways, promotions and new products to you via e-mail. Please let us know if you would rather not receive these promotional announcements and we will be happy to remove you from our mailing list.

Your address is only used to ship the product(s) to you. We do not participate in any direct mailings nor will we sell, share or provide your information to any company who does.

Generally, we do not monitor the age of visitors to our website nor is our website structured to attract any under age 13. Therefore we believe it is ultimately the parents’ responsibility to supervise their children’s online activities.

Whenever you provide any order information, we use SSL technology to make sure that it is "encrypted," or, scrambled, so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over Internet. After you place an order all information (such as your name, address, and email address) is safely stored behind a firewall.
